Bhūta Shuddhi is an ancient yogic process of elemental purification.
The five elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether — form both the physical body and the subtle energetic structure. When these elements are disturbed, we experience imbalance physically, emotionally and karmically.
Through formal initiation, this practice restores elemental harmony and strengthens the internal field.
I have received dīkṣā to initiate students into this sacred process and will be offering a full-day Bhūta Shuddhi Initiation on the Gold Coast.
