Step into a candlelit sanctuary of breath, sound and stillness.
Join me for an immersive evening where conscious breathwork meets the healing resonance of Nepalese singing bowls, Himalayan gongs and sacred sound.
Together we will journey through gentle breath practices designed to calm the nervous system, awaken presence and soften the weight of daily life. Supported by the vibration of sound, you will be invited into a space of deep rest, release and inner connection.
