The Yogini Day Retreat

I am so excited to invite you to attend a full day retreat at the beautiful Numala Forest Retreat Centre.

The day will include; Tantric breathwork, Himalayan kundalini yoga which is very gentle and cleansing practice, restorative yoga, yoga Nidra meditation, sound healing where bowls are placed on your body for deep alignment and relaxation as well as a beautiful foot and head massage to ensure the ultimate relaxation. Traditional Vedic fire ceremony where we will set intentions and release old limitations, this will also include a traditional Tikka blessing to remind you of your intention and connection to your ancestral line. Water ceremony in the natual following creek on the property.

A nutritious Vegan morning tea and lunch will also be included.
