First of all: we go deep.

We don’t sit around and only talk about awakening or what was; we’re all about direct experience.

About creating an abundant , joyful, beautiful life as we grow along the Journey of Woman.

We practice an all inclusive in-the-body spirituality, beyond old worn out dogmas and disillusioned goals of the future.

Spiritual awakening, Soul awakening instead of being a peak experience you once had or a concept you read about and compared yourself with, becomes a lived and embodied realization of freedom and love, uniquely experienced and expressed through each woman. Reclaiming feminine power and grace.

The central theme of all the Workshops is connection to our Ancestral Mothers . Calling them on to Heal our Feminine line .

The foundation for all spiritual journeying in the Shakti tradition is the insight that that which we are longing for is who we already are.

That we have never been lacking .

These Workshops are offering a process of melting cramped and outdated ego structures, and unraveling the wisdom and beauty already inherent in each woman.

This is a highly experiential path; a lot of the practices are interactive and include movement and also respectful touch.

The feminine touch, because it has such an inviting quality to it, invites deeper presence into our bodies. All the numb and cold places, the unmet corners of our body can be visited with gentle awareness as we cultivate a greater capacity to allow feelings as energy to flow through our bodies. In the feminine touch our bodies can slowly, slowly open and soften.

In the sessions, we spend time in silent sitting,Tantric Breathwork, Mudras & Mantras to dissolve the corrosion of the past through Shakti dance, chanting, dharma talks and interactive Women’s Temple practices, which include touch, contemplation, emotional expression and voicing.

These workshops are dedicated to Healing and profound empowerment—for you and me, the body, the heart, the circle, mother earth and the world. A velvet soft space for dance, song, massage, giggles, tears, temple touch, silence, roars, salt water, sun, olives, sisters, sunsets, connection, prayers, ritual, roots and wings.

Dedicated to connecting to the beautiful , passionate, juicy parts of ourselves that maybe are in hibernation or feeling that you have disconnected with these lush parts of being a Woman.

Connecting to the inner landscape of the feminine , restores and reminds us of the abundance and beauty of life itself; that we all are embodiments of the Living Goddess. Come with your tiredness, your longing, your joy, your grief, your hope; old, young, inspired, fed up; all that you are is welcome here.

You will leave feeling a sense of heart centred completeness . That all the missing parts of yourself have been reconnected and charged with life force, passion and deep love .

Sound Healing using Himalayan Instruments and Vocals.
